    Sharing the healing power of yoga for the postpartum body (appropriate even years after having given birth) and yoga nidra to nourish mama’s need for deep rest and recalibration through the years of taking care of young children.

    An online space to hold each other and be held by each other. To share the highs and the lows of the great sādhanāof mothering, and to be seen by knowing eyes and open hearts. We gather to witness, to nurture, and to remember that we are never alone.

    A WhatsApp community — a place for mamas to simply be. To chat, to share the little things and the big things, to offer gentle support and loving advice ( when it's asked for). A thread of connection through the everyday, held in trust and sisterhood.

The Classes

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2015 and yet only after giving birth that I’ve really got to understad how deeply healing it is for the postpartum body. These classes are deeply inspired by Uma Dinsmore Tuli’s Yoni Shakti Yoga - a blend of āsana, prānāyāmā and yoga nidra practices perfectly suited for mamas at various stages postpartum (including many years after giving birth). Never have practices of self-care been more important than during this extraordinary moment of mothering.

The Circle

An online space to behold each other and be held by each other. We will be offering prompts for reflection with set themes each month so that we can explore what’s been coming up for us during this powerful sādhanā of mothering with openness, curiosity and safety. Through words, silence, stories, and presence, we will weave a tapestry of shared wisdom and lived experience, remembering that each voice is sacred, and each season of mothering has its own medicine.

The Community

Perhaps one of the most valuable resources we have as mothers is each other. This online community space allows us to share the big and small moments of our days. It’s a space where one can ask to simply be witnessed or can ask for tangible tips and advice from the other mamas in the space. There are also different “rooms” where we can dive deeper into specific topics (e.g. mother care, baby sleep, breastfeeding, weaning etc.). Each mother in the space offers the richness of her own experiences and gets to benefit from each others’ experiences too.
