ABOUT

I’m here to create a space where mamas can come exactly as they are—tired, joyful, overwhelmed, curious, disconnected, deeply in love, or simply longing for a little more of themselves.

In our 1:1 sessions, we explore ways to nourish and support your mama body through Ayurvedic wisdom, food, herbs, lifestyle and community, while also making space for the deeper inner journey, including conscious exploration of entheogenic practices where appropriate.

Most of all, I offer a warm, honest, heart-to-heart space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. A space to be witnessed, listened to, and supported as you find your own way through the deeply spiritual path of motherhood.

Because every mama deserves to be held by another mama who gets it.

    Your Mama Body

Ayurvedic approaches to food, herbs, lifestyle, rest, nourishment, and building the support you need around you.

  • Your Mama Heart

    Your Mama Heart

We build and safe and cosy space to talk honestly and openly, mama to mama, without having to perform, fix, or hold it all together. A place where you can be at the centre and have your needs met.

    Your Mama Spirit

We discuss the internal highs and lows of the motherhood path, the identity shifts and internal struggles. We design toolkit of spiritual supports including potential micro- and macro-dosing of entheogen where appropriate (and legal).

THE WAY I WORK | MY PHILOSOPHY

What do I believe about mothers?

1

I believe mothers are the foundation of society—the change-makers, the builders of our future, and the people quietly shaping the next generation every single day. The work of mothering is some of the most sacred work there is, yet it is largely uncelebrated, unnoticed and often unappreciated. I believe mothers deserve better. They deserve to be nourished, supported, witnessed and cared for—not simply because they are mothers, but because they are human beings carrying an enormous amount.

What do I not believe?

2

I don't believe we are meant to do it all. The modern expectation that women can mother, build careers, maintain homes, nurture relationships, look after their health and somehow still have energy left for themselves has placed an enormous demand on mothers. Many of us are crumbling under the weight of it.

I don't believe a mother should feel guilty for working, or ashamed for choosing to be “just a mum.” There is no single right way to mother. I believe every mama deserves the support, resources and community she needs to create a way of living that works for her and her unique family.

What makes my work different?

3

My work brings together different ways of understanding and supporting the whole mama—from the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and its approach to nourishment, herbs and daily life, to shamanic and entheogenic practices, alongside an honest understanding of the modern experience of motherhood.

But perhaps more importantly, I bring these approaches into a deeply human, heart-to-heart space.

This isn't about fitting yourself into a particular system. It's about exploring what might support you, in this particular season of your life, and creating space for your body, spirit, heart and community to be cared for too.

What do I want every Mama to experience with me?

4

I want every mama to experience the same compassionate mother-love that she gives so freely to everyone else

For a little while, she gets to be the centre of attention. Her needs matter. Someone is listening. Someone is curious about how she is doing.

I want her to feel completely understood, witnessed and celebrated. I want her to experience what it feels like to be held in a space where she doesn't have to perform, explain herself or have all the answers.

Because every mama deserves to be held by another mama who gets it.
